That’s why we offer a 30-Day No Sales, Money-Back Guarantee on all our pre-built stores.
✅ How It Works:
If you don’t make a single sale within 30 days of receiving your store, you’re eligible for a full refund — simple as that.
📝 To Qualify for a Refund:
You must meet the following conditions:
- Your store is live and connected to an active Shopify subscription
- You used the pre-built design, products, and descriptions as delivered
- No major changes were made to the store layout, products, or branding
- You followed our Launch Checklist (provided after purchase)
- You can show zero orders in your Shopify dashboard for the 30-day period
⏳ When to Request:
You can request a refund between Day 31 and Day 40 after store delivery.
🚫 Exclusions:
We cannot approve refunds if:
- The store was never launched
- You made major edits to the design, products, or removed apps
- You didn’t follow our launch guide (e.g., no marketing setup)

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
